Sure, after nearly 2 weeks of not posting, I post only to show off my latest (silly) icon. I’ve now only gotten to 45 in my icons. I have room for 55 more icons. I need to be inspired more!
For those of you unfamiliar with The Zero Imperative, this quote comes from my favorite line in the show. Sylv is Dr. Dove, a psychiatrist whose hospital is under investigation by PROBE, run by Liz Shaw (you know, the 3rd Doctor’s companion). After Liz comes to him with some silly pseudoscience about stuff going on, he says “This is a hospital, Miss Shaw, not Scooby Doo!” And I’ve loved that quote ever since. Heh.

Was it just me or did he snog a rock in “Battlefeild” (when he is ‘unconcious’ and Ace is in the tank cliffhanger). Or am I just wishing to be a rock for no reason? *ponders, but is distracted by your icon*
Yeah, I think you’d enjoy Zero. It’s no Shakespeare, but it’s an enjoyable romp. And Liz Shaw smokes a pipe! (Gotta love that Liz!) As for rock snogging… Well, I’ll leave you to your musings. Anything that smacks vaguely of Earth Science immediately leaves my brain.
Meh if he was snogging a rock it’s only coz he got confused after getting smacked by OMGCRAPPYCGI!snake and thought the rock was Ace *grin* *runs away*
LOL, great icon. God I really hate his hair though. I can’t decide if Sylv snogging el blondo woman (with *that terrible hair*) is more or less disturbing than Colin and Nicole getting it on in The Airzone Solution LMAO. And Yay…Sophie was in it…for all of 2 seconds, which sucks. Why couldn’t he have sucked face with her instead?? I’d even forgive the hair for that.
And my spelling is sucking today. It’s Nicola *headdesk*
I rather like the Dr. Dove hairstyle. It’s just the right length. During the TV Movie, however, it was between suitable Sylv lengths. Have you seen the outtakes where, after the infamous snog, he turns to the camera wiggling his eyebrows? Very Sylv. 🙂 (Let’s face it, if he’s not a Dirty Old Man(tm), he’s missing a good chance.)
There are outtakes?? I only have the VHS version 🙁 Know anywhere online I could find the outtakes?? I love it near the end when Dove goes a bit mental. I was watching it once with my mum in the room and she goes ‘*shudder* oooh, he’s a bit creepy’ Of course she also said he riminds her of Sue Pollard WTF??!! So I smote her with a pillow, lmao.
