wow! What a coincidence. I made chili for the first time tonight m’self. Turkey chili, hold the kidney beans (me no care for them). Added some tomato sauce instead and extra chicken broth. Mmmmmmm….hubby approved. It will be even better tomorrow! Must be getting colder…
Just in case you want authenticity, the singular of tamales is tamal. At least, in Spanish. It probably is “tamale” in spanglish, though.
